EMERGENCIES

 As a patient of our practice you can contact our consulting rooms during office hours if you have any questions or problems. One of our Obstetrician Gynaecologists or our midwife will be happy to assist you. If you need to be seen by the doctor urgently you will be asked to attend either our consulting rooms, Launceston General Hospital Birthing Suite, or the Pregnancy Assessment Clinic (PAC) to be assessed.

For any urgent pregnancy issues after hours please call the Birthing Suite on 03 6777 8960. Tell them you are a private patient of Launceston Obstetrics & Gynaecology. They will provide advice and contact your Obstetrician if required.

If you think that you are in labour please contact the Birthing Suite (if time allows) and present to the Launceston General Hospital Birthing Suite. Your Obstetrician will be contacted when you arrive.

 For urgent Gynaecology assistance after hours please contact Launceston General Hospital on 03 6777 6777 and advise them of your private Gynaecologist who will be contacted.

 For any Life-Threatening Emergencies, pleased dial 000 for immediate assistance.
